Jennifer Griffin (President) has over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising. She began her career working for Gruber-Shea Creative as a Public Relations Coordinator. She has been the Direct Marketing Manager for Caesars Riverboat Casino where she managed the direct mail, promotional offerings, list acquisition, and customer database. After Caesars, she was hired by Humana, Inc. as a List Manager and then a Direct Response Manager where she acquired the skills for building a marketing database and implementing multimedia campaigns. Jennifer has also owned and operated two small businesses of her own and remains a partner in real estate company she co-founded 15 years ago. Jennifer has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and her Master of Business of Administration from the University of Louisville.
Brad Howard (Senior Designer) has been a graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator for over 15 years. He has designed for regional companies such as Norton’s Children’s Hospital, Louisville Zoo, Kindred Healthcare, Metro United Way, and national companies including Yum, Inc., Brown and Williamson, General Electric, and Lexmark. While working as the Associate Creative Director for Deckel & Moneypenny Brad broadened his skills to include trade show planning, design, and production. Brad also served as an Art Teacher at Walden High School where he initiated and implemented the first-ever Walden School Art Show to help with school fundraising. Brad has his Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Advertising/Communications from the University of Louisville.
Amy Newman (Freelance Designer with Push Designs) has established herself as providing large agency creative with small agency focus and customer service. With over 20 years experience in graphic design, advertising and marketing, Amy’s clients range from non-profit agencies to Global and Fortune 500 corporations such as The Kentucky Lottery, LG&E, The Belle of Louisville, The Louisville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Kern’s Kitchen (Derby-Pie), Mercy Academy, Assumption High School, The University of Louisville, The Kentucky Historical Society, The Kentucky Humane Society, Alley Cat Advocates, Eco-Cell and Omicron Delta Kappa. Amy has also worked as the Art Director for the office of Communications and Marketing at the University of Louisville and has her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Photography from the University of Louisville.
Michaela Von Long (Freelance Designer) has been a graphic designer for 10 years. Much of that time, she gained experience designing for apparel, signage, and vehicle graphics production. She has experience with printing and post-production aspects of design as well. Michaela has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Sullivan College of Technology and Design.
