Jennifer Griffin (President) has over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising. She began her career working for Gruber-Shea Creative as a Public Relations Coordinator. She has been the Direct Marketing Manager for Caesars Riverboat Casino where she managed the direct mail, promotional offerings, list acquisition, and customer database. After Caesars, she was hired by Humana, Inc. as a List Manager and then a Direct Response Manager where she acquired the skills for building a marketing database and implementing multimedia campaigns. Jennifer has also owned and operated two small businesses of her own and remains a partner in real estate company she co-founded 15 years ago. Jennifer has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and her Master of Business of Administration from the University of Louisville.
Brad Howard (Senior Designer) has been a graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator for over 15 years. He has designed for regional companies such as Norton’s Children’s Hospital, Louisville Zoo, Kindred Healthcare, Metro United Way, and national companies including Yum, Inc., Brown and Williamson, General Electric, and Lexmark. While working as the Associate Creative Director for Deckel & Moneypenny Brad broadened his skills to include trade show planning, design, and production. Brad also served as an Art Teacher at Walden High School where he initiated and implemented the first-ever Walden School Art Show to help with school fundraising. Brad has his Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Advertising/Communications from the University of Louisville.
Jenny Recktenwald (Public Relations) is a veteran communications professional with demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale public awareness campaigns. She most recently served as Senior Director of Communications with Volunteers of America of Kentucky, where she managed all aspects of internal and external communications for the organization. She has garnered media attention for clients in Time, Fortune, CBS News, USA Today, and O Magazine, as well as front-page coverage in major dailies and top-of-the-hour coverage on network affiliates. She brings experience from the corporate, non-profit, and startup world, with expertise in media relations, brand development and management, content marketing, e-communications, social media engagement, copywriting, grant proposal writing, business plan development, non-profit board governance, and advocacy.
